DPF System Fitting

GB Fleet Maintenance offers a supply and fit service for diesel particulate filters. These filters are necessary for your vehicle to meet certain emissions standards that limit the amount of particulate matter (a type of pollution) coming from their exhausts.

Each DPF system is different so we work closely with you and our partners Baumot to make sure your vehicle is fitted with the right system for your needs.

DPF Filter Cleaning

We can clean all makes of DPF Filters. All the cleaning is done on site and by a thermal process. The filter is gently heated to over 500°c for three hours and then cleaned in a chamber using compressed air. This is the most effective way to clean a filter and cannot be achieved by mobile workshops.
